DEAN'S MESSAGE
Greetings School of Business Community,
Welcome to the Fall 2018 issue of our School of Business newsletter! I love this time of year – right
after graduation – when we can reflect on meeting so many of our students in person. Celebrating
with students and their families, recognizing their hard work and acknowledging the dedication of
our Faculty as they encourage and inspire our students is a wonderful tribute to the power of higher
education.
This fall we celebrate the graduation of 11 students from our inaugural class of MBA students as
part of our initiative with Tsinghua University. As we read about them in this newsletter, it is exciting
to anticipate the collective impact these future alumni will make in their careers!
You will also read about many others who contribute to NCU's School of Business – Faculty, alumni,
and members of the Program Advisory Council (PAC). Each of these individuals plays an important
role in shaping the future of our School, as we discuss new initiatives and directions to include in
our strategic plan for the coming years. It is truly an exciting time for us in the School of Business!
