MASTER'S PROGRAM 11 Master of Health Administration (MHA) The need for healthcare is shared by everyone, regardless of age, status or background. Meeting this need requires close coordination among professionals of all disciplines, including those in health administration. NCU's Master of Health Administration degree program will prepare individuals for early and mid-career healthcare leadership roles. Our curriculum integrates essential leadership and management competencies with interprofessional practices, enabling our graduates to make evidenced-based decisions that will effect change in the complex and diverse healthcare industry. As a student, you will explore crucial topics such as data-driven decision making, health policy development and implementation, leadership skills, and quality management within healthcare organizations. You will also learn about fiscal decision making, financial management, and the role of technology in a healthcare setting. Our program is aligned with the standards of the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) and utilizes the National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL) competency model. Our program is also a participant in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Higher Education Network and an associate member of the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA).
