HONOR SOCIETY
Upsilon Phi Delta is the national academic honor society for
students in healthcare administration programs that are
members of the Association of University Programs in Health
Administration (AUPHA). The purpose of the Upsilon Phi Delta
Honor Society is to further the professional competence and
dedication of the individual members in and for the profession
of healthcare management and policy.
Members are selected on the basis of academic achievements,
service to the community and/or contributions to the healthcare
management profession. Membership is by invitation and
offered by the NCU School of Health Sciences. To be eligible
for membership, students must have completed a minimum
of 18 credit hours and have maintained a 3.5 GPA.
STUDENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The Student Advisory Committee meets to discuss
concerns brought by School of Health Sciences students.
The members of the Student Advisory Council provide
NCU professors and staff with essential accounts of
student needs and ideas for the School. Council mem-
bers participate in meetings with leaders and team
members of the School of Health Sciences.
