Las Vegas resident Galit Ventura-Rozen is an entrepreneur, business mentor, speaker, and now a marriage and family therapist. While many therapists open a traditional practice, she became a business performance expert helping women accomplish their goals, break through fear, and increase self-confidence. She is an award-winning motivational speaker and author of the book The Successful Women's Mindset. She chose to earn her MAMFT degree at Northcentral University because of the flexibility that NCU's Department of Marriage and Family Sciences offered. "I had a full-time job, and was raising three children as a single mom," Ventura-Rozen said. "I decided to go back to school to get my master's degree. Because of NCU's flexible model, I was able to do so." She originally went to a brick-and-mortar university before transferring to NCU, and was pleasantly surprised at what she found. "I was a little concerned about not having any support, but I ended up finding a lot of support from not just the students, but also from my professors who mentored me, so it was a very positive experience," said Ventura-Rozen. 35 GALIT VENTURA-ROZEN, MAMFT Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy (2016)
