This program is designed to align with key industry standards. Upon graduation, students will have the knowledge and leadership skills needed to take on management roles in the public sector and in a variety of organizations. This program provides students with a deep understanding of how government agencies function and the role public administrators play within these organizations. Students will explore the administration challenges that exist within a complex and pluralist environment, including how outside influences impact public policy. They will also learn about public policy processes, budgeting, human resources, organizational behavior and public program evaluation.
