29 Chris Agada, PhD, SHRM-CP Associate Professor, School of Business Dr. Chris Agada's professional experience includes a combination of human resources, consulting, organizational development and talent acquisition leadership roles. He is both a practitioner and an educator with an established reputation in curriculum enhancement, instructional design, and the integration of technology into online courses. Dr. Agada holds a PhD in Organizational Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management. He also holds a Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has taught human resources management for close to a decade at a number of universities and colleges across the US. Dr. Agada's background also includes experience in business recruitment, employee development and other human resources functions acting in leadership roles.
