The NCUPA is including a 5-minute dissertation
presentation session as part of the dissertation
series. This is an excellent opportunity for students
to present their dissertation research to fellow
students and faculty to now only show off the
work you have done but give you an opportunity
to practice discussing your topic in a succinct way.
This may be great preparation for your defense
or a great way to present your research to others
if you have recently defended. This presentation
opportunity, which will occur in late May or early
June is open to students who are near completion
of their dissertation or who will have defended
in the past 2-3 months. If you are interested
in presenting, we would love to add you to
the program. Please send us an email at
