Welcome to the Community Edition of NCU Happenings. This issue highlights our focus on the NCU
Community and starting off 2020 with a bang! We just concluded our first month and have already hosted
a Dissertation Boot Camp, a Dissertation Completion Pathway (DCP) intensive, and an alumni event in
Phoenix. Just one week later, we headed to Miami, FL for NCU Sails where we held an Academic Summit,
Faculty Senate Retreat, a second alumni event, and facilitated multiple NCU workshops. The momentum we
have going into 2020 is strong and full of opportunity! We continue to welcome new voices in this edition
and we hope you enjoy these updates as we celebrate and inform the NCU Community.
