SUPPORTING OUR
STUDENTS DURING THE
COVID-19 PANDEMIC
For many undergraduate and graduate students, job insecurity over the last few months
has been a stressor. To help students stay on track with their educational goals, this
spring NCU dedicated nearly $700,000 in aid to hundreds of students in need.
NCU also asked our community for support and received over $7,000 from students,
alumni, faculty, and staff. We're grateful for every donation that went directly to
student support.
Here are a few words of thanks from some of the aid recipients.
"Thank you so much – this provides a lot of relief to me
right now and the news I really needed to hear."
"Thank you so much. I can never describe how much
it means to me."
"Wow! That was unexpected. I am so grateful."
"I am not used to asking for things; I am used to working
for everything I get and giving to others. However, I
am learning that we are all in this together and we must
learn to accept help just as much as we give help."
