The table below shows how different groups of faculty rated the general categories of resources.
(See Figure 1). Numerous comments indicated frustration with NCU laptops, which were
described as "outdated, slow, bulky," and a desire for options when it comes to laptop selection.
Faculty comments and suggestions offer insights as to how some services could be strengthened.
All of these comments and suggestions were forwarded to SSBS leadership for consideration.
Suggestions for future training were forwarded to the SSBS Faculty Development Committee.
