She's speaking about leadership presence in the virtual environment. NCU faculty and staff presented two panels at the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Association of American Colleges and Universities in January. Rebecca Collins, Provost John LaNear, and Chelsea Young Delphi Award Panel: Campus Innovations in Supporting Contingent Faculty Tara Lehan and Heather Hussey Trends in the Provision of Disability Services Online PUBLICATIONS Profs. Barbara Miller Hall and Miranda R. Regnitz were recognized for their chapter "A Holistic Approach to Integrating ePortfolios as Instructional Methods in Online Programs" in Exploring Online Learning Through Synchronous and Asynchronous Instructional Methods. They received Best Practice in Distance Learning for 2020 (second place) in the Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT) Division of Distance Learning Awards. Dr. Vincent Pellettiere published an article in the International Journal of Research in Business and Management, Vol 2, No. 4 titled "Organizational Analysis: What, How, Why." Dr. Linda Bloomberg's book, "Designing and Delivering Effective Online Instruction: How to Engage Adult Learners," will be published May 14 by Teacher's College Press. The book distills decades of research in adult learning and education to provide evidence-based strategies that directly and practically apply to online environments. SERVICE Dr. Edward Maggio received an award as honorary general counsel from an indigenous tribal group of Hawaiians for his work in assisting with their non-profit activities and pathway to full legal recognition.
