Learn More: clinical@ncu.edu How has your supervision been impacted by the increase in telesupervision? As virtual meetings have become the norm, there are no negative impacts. Telesupervision still allows me to create a sense of safety and trustworthiness in the virtual space. Letting trainees know they can come to me with concerns without fear of judgment. If I don't create a sense of safety, trainees may not approach me with difficult situations that need to be addressed and collaborated on.
