How has your supervision been impacted by the
increase in telesupervision?
As virtual meetings have become the norm, there are no negative
impacts. Telesupervision still allows me to create a sense of safety
and trustworthiness in the virtual space. Letting trainees know they
can come to me with concerns without fear of judgment. If I don't
create a sense of safety, trainees may not approach me with
difficult situations that need to be addressed and collaborated on.
