A warm welcome to each of you, colleagues, and best wishes for success in your teaching here at NCU and in all the things you are doing professionally. We continue to grow and experience success in many areas. 1. The MSW program has nearly 250 students 2. We are finalizing the Benchmark III document for CSWE accreditation of our MSW program, and will submit it on April 25 and have our site visit scheduled on May 25 3. The MAMFT program surpassed the 1,700-student mark 4. At the last assessment of MAMFT graduates and their pass rate on the licensure exams, 89.7% passed the exam on the first attempt (PhDMFT pass rate is 91.7%) 5. The doctoral programs have 439 students as of 10/5 (306 PhDMFT and 133 DMFT) It is a remarkable time for the Department of Marriage and Family Sciences and the SSBS, as we are growing at rates that are so unusual in higher education as many universities are cutting faculty, programs, and staff. We continue to bring in and retain students and make a difference in the world. I love being a part of this – professionally, it doesn't get better than this!!!
