hope is that if it is something you are struggling with, you are not alone. Possibly,
there is a faculty member on board who has figured out a tip or trick to deal with it.
Our next Tips and Tricks on the 10th at 10:00 will be May 10, 2021. We will be
sure to record it this time and post it in the commons for those who cannot attend.

Most of us love mentoring and working with students. However, most of our
time is spent grading and providing detailed feedback on things like writing
and APA style, in addition to content. NCU's unique one -to-one model has a lot
of benefits, but it can be overwhelming for new faculty to keep up with grading
students in multiple weeks and in multiple classes. I have developed some
techniques to help me stay organized and get student work graded in a timely fashion:
