Try Roadrunner Search
Roadrunner Search is the central search box found on the Library's homepage. Roadrunner Search searches
most of our Library's database content, so it is typically the best starting point for your research topic. If you
would rather select an individual database, head on over to the A-Z Databases link. Here you may filter
databases by subject, content type, or vendor/provider.
Explore the Psychology Library Guides
Library Guides are also a great starting point for resources related to your discipline. Explore subject-specific
databases, journals, books, background information, dissertations, and more. You can also enter search terms
to locate guides related to your areas of interest.
Attend or Watch a Workshop
Register to attend a variety of live library workshops each month, including Library Orientation, Advanced
Search Skills, RefWorks Power Hour, and the Library Dissertation Toolbox Series. Joining a live session is a
great way to engage with library staff members and your fellow peers. There is always time for questions, too!
If you are unable to attend our live sessions, browse all the recorded workshops and quick tutorial videos by
visiting the Learn the Library guide. We highly recommend Searching 101 and Searching 102 for learning
how to effectively search for scholarly research. The Learn the Library - Psychology and Marriage & Family
Science workshop provides an overview of some popular subject-specific databases.
