Balancing all of these demanding roles is truly an art form. Though there is no "one-size-fits-all" way to do so successfully, taking care of our mental and emotional well-being is one of the most powerful ways to connect within and keep a level of intentionality within our lives. Doing so might look different for each of us, but doing one thing per day that feeds our soul is a good place to start! Keep in mind, it doesn't have to take much of your time to be effective. For example, watering your favorite plant or taking your pet for a walk might do the trick. I find that three to five minutes per day of meditation helps me tremendously.
