One of my favorite memories goes back to the NCU Sails event in January
2020, just before the world shut down… I got to present the Relationship Toolbox
workshop with two incredible professionals that I admire and care so much for.
There are so many memories, I could share for days… But the most poignant
of them all is the one I'm experiencing right now. As I reflect on all the special
moments, deep conversations, and shared achievements, I recognize the immense
grief I'm experiencing is due to the soulful, positive, supportive, loving, accepting,
family-oriented and inspiring culture that NCU has not only created, but sustained
throughout its existence. To this day, I have never felt more at home in my place of
work as I have at NCU. My colleagues and leaders are people I admire, respect,
trust and consider my friends.
