This is the first issue of the quarterly School of Social and Behavioral Sciences (SSBS) Faculty
Newsletter. The goals of the newsletter are to:
• Help faculty to get to know each other better
• Provide opportunities for faculty to learn from one another
• Keep faculty informed of what is in happening in the SSBS
In each issue we will highlight faculty in the "Faculty Spotlight" section, share news in the
"Special Announcements" section, faculty will share suggestions or strategies in the "Teaching
Tips" section, and administrators will provide updates in the "School and Department Updates"
section.
