Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL)
The MSOL curriculum provides an intense
examination of the current state of leadership
within a given profession. Upon successful
completion of the program, graduates will be
prepared to evaluate their own leadership skills
and the components of leadership that
contribute to the health of an organization, as
well as how to apply best leadership practices
in an organization.
We offer an Accelerated MSOL scheduling track
which allows the program to be completed in
12 months. an Accelerated MSOL scheduling
track, which can be completed in 12 months.
The Accelerated MSOL is not an alternative
program, but is a scheduling option designed
for students capable of completing an intense,
fast-paced and highly challenging graduate
course structure.
