• Several of our faculty have provided guest lectures within the DMFS (sponsored by the MFTSA) and through the Center for Teaching and Learning. • We have made the move to Clinical Training Manager (CTM), which is now called Tevera. Please use that name when referencing it for the sake of clarity. It is now online and Shay Thomas led the process of getting it up and running in a very short timeframe. She is now working with the Tevera team to debug the system and to add features that are unique to NCU. So far, it has worked quite well and the Tevera team has been very responsive and supportive. Early feedback from students has been quite positive. Thanks Shay, Branden Henline and Rachel Butterfras for your work to help us all, especially our students, make this transition a smooth one. • Annabelle Goodwin was hired as the first Director of Equity and Inclusion for NCU. We are so pleased for her and are confident that she will continue to drive awareness and action in this area. Thanks to Asha Sutton and Valerie Glass for stepping in to keep the momentum moving forward while Annabelle is out. • Several of our faculty (Aurélia Bickler, David Servino, Lauren Fix, Megan McCoy and Wayne Perry) completed a pilot to test the use of grading rubrics in NCUOne. Their efforts were instrumental to inform the direction that NCU will go in this area. Thanks to them for representing the DMFS so well. Again, thanks to all of you for your efforts as faculty and staff in the DMFS. Thanks to your great work, we succeed every day in many ways, some that are very apparent and others that are behind the scenes. Regardless of where you contribute, you are appreciated!
