WELCOME TO NEW MEET THE NEW FACES OF THE Chris Agada, PhD Dr. Agada's professional experience includes leadership roles in human resources, consulting, organizational theory and development, and talent acquisition. He is both a practitioner and an educator with an established reputation in curriculum enhancement, instructional design and the integration of technology into online courses. He also has leadership experience in business recruitment, employee development and other human resource functions. Dr. Agada has held posts at notable Fortune 500 organizations such as GE, HSBC Banking Corp and LinkedIn. His research interests are in the areas of talent acquisition and corporate strategy -- specifically how organizations mobilize and align their talent acquisition, and how corporate strategy meets the demands of current and future knowledge workers. Dr. Agada currently resides in Dallas, TX with his wife. When not watching the Cowboys or Mavs play, they enjoy traveling the world. Each year they try to visit a new country. A fun fact about Dr. Agada: when he was 12 years old, he played the clarinet really well. He admits that he can't play the clarinet anymore, but is a novice bass player. If anyone would like to get a virtual jam-session going, please let him know! Jennifer Biddle, PhD Dr. Biddle has a both a Master's and PhD in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administration of Justice from The Pennsylvania State University. Prior to joining NCU she worked as a management analyst and victim services supervisor for the Maricopa County Adult Probation Department. She has also participated in the design, implementation, analysis and evaluation of numerous criminal justice research projects. In addition to her research experience, Dr. Biddle has taught a variety of research methods and criminal justice classes, both online and in the classroom. Her research expertise in areas such as juvenile delinquency, probation, drug use, and victimization enables her to provide a variety of examples for students. She believes that this makes the topics more meaningful and helps students better understand the material. It also establishes her as a researcher and helps students understand why research is important. Dr. Biddle has presented research findings at many conferences and conducted a variety of trainings. She recently published a chapter entitled "Drug Offenders" in Contemporary Ethical Issues in the Criminal Justice System: A Textbook Reader. MEET THE NEW FACES OF THE SCHOOL WELCOME TO NEW FACULTY
