This summer, new students were registered in our new clinical tracking system, Tevera.
This system is an "all-in-one platform" for both onboarding (completing the Practicum
Preparation Process – PPP), managing sites/supervisors and tracking/approving hours.
Useful information:
• Once your student has been approved, your name and email address will be added
to Tevera; you should receive a "set up" invitation via email.
• New students will track hours in Tevera; students already using Time2Track (T2T) will
continue to track hours there; students should NOT track hours in both systems.
However, supervisors and Faculty may be required to approve hours in both systems
(if they have students who started clinical training both prior to and after July 2018).
• Similar to T2T, students are expected to request electronic approvals from
supervisors.
• Please bookmark this link for How to Approve Students' Hours in Tevera. See friendly
reminders about hours tracking and approvals.
• Students and supervisors with questions/concerns about Tevera may email
clinical@ncu.edu.
• Students and supervisors in need of technical assistance may submit a support ticket
to Tevera.
