Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Northcentral University's Master of Science in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology program
applies scientific methods to investigate issues
of critical significance to individuals, businesses
and society. This program provides you with
coursework related to personnel psychology,
organizational behavior, research design and
stastical analysis. Throughout the program, you
will have an opportunity to synthesize theories
and principles applicable to the field of psychology.
At the culmination of this MS program, you have
the option of completing a capstone project or
a non-clinical internship. This gives you the
opportunity to demonstrate a wide range of
professional competencies, and apply what
you have learned in your studies.
The curriculum for our Master of Science in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology was
developed in accordance with and meets the
guidelines for education and training in I/O
psychology as outlined by the American
Psychological Association's Division 14 Society
of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
NCU's psychology programs are not licensure programs
and do not prepare an individual to become a licensed
psychology or counseling professional.
