I am amazed at the quality student I am supervising; knowledgeable,
professional, ethical, constant pursuit of professional and academic growth.
Excellent preparation of students for their internship and eventual licensure as LMFT's
I have been impressed with the training and educational coursework of the NCU students I've
supervised. In addition, the faculty is actively involved in their learning and
supervisory processes and are readily available to site supervisors.
The university goes above and beyond to ensure supervisors have the resources and information needed
to supervise students effectively. I was given clear instructions on how and when to submit evaluations,
verify hours, etc and I always knew exactly who to contact if I had a question.
Of all the schools I supervise for at my site, six, NCU is hands down my favorite. A perfect balance
of support and autonomy, open to feedback, great communication, excellent programming for hours
and approval, and high integrity in the coursework they have completed.
