WEBINARS, PODCASTS & MORE NEW TO THE COMMONS President David Harpool discusses the future of virtual education with John Baker, CEO of D2L, on a webinar hosted by IMAGINE: The New World of Education, presented by Amazon Web Services. He also shares his thoughts on creating value for college students and a return on their educational investment on the Office of the President blog. Chelsea Young, VP for academic engagement, discussed NCU's virtual advising program efforts on the Higher Ed Geek podcast. MFT Professor Aurélia Bickler shared her insights on managing family and kid chaos on the Confident Chaos podcast. To develop inclusive educational systems, we must challenge "what we think we know" about disability. ADA Compliance Director at the University of Arizona, Amanda Kraus, shares her expertise with NCU in a three-part webinar series on reframing disability in higher ed.
