Welcome again to all of you as new faculty…we are grateful to have you join us and for
your contribution to the success of our students and programs.
The impact that we get to collectively make on the world as we prepare our graduates for
professional work in Social Work and MFT is pretty amazing. We are approaching 1,000
graduates. If they work for an average of 20 years as MFTs and Social Workers, serving
an average of around 160 clients each year…that group of 1,000 graduates will positively
impact the lives of 3,200,000 people around the world. Wow!!! What a wonderful
opportunity we have!!!
My heartfelt wish for all of you is that you each have a wondrous new year, filled with
satisfaction, excitement and strength to face the growth experiences that will inevitably
be a part of 2022!!
