SSBS VIRTUAL CENTER FOR
HEALTH AND WELLNESS
Aurélia Bickler, PhD, LMFT, AAMFT Approved Supervisor
Director, SSBS Virtual Center for Health and Wellness
Life tends to have many seasons. It can sometimes feel exciting and full of pleasures,
while other times, it might trigger many unwanted emotions that make going forward
overwhelming and challenging. In an increasingly stressful world, The SSBS Virtual
Center for Health and Wellness aims to offer a space for self-reflection, education,
trainings, and time to be at one with yourself.
This spring, the SSBS Center for Health and Wellness is bringing health-boosting,
educational, and interactive events to the NCU Community! Check out the Center's
calendar on the website for more information on our mission and upcoming events.

the website shortly.)

authenticity, and positivity.
