Suggestions
There were several specific and useful suggestions about making the video overview even more
useful (e.g., explain acronyms, don't use small font). In addition, viewers gave us ideas about
topics for future meetings or videos. Thank you for all who responded!
The results of the survey were presented and discussed in the SSBS admin meeting following
the Symposium. All of the comments and suggestions were well received. The admin team
expressed commitment to following through with suggestions. One area that Dr. Billings
especially charged us to focus on is finding more ways to "close the loop" with members of the
SSBS community. That is, whenever possible, revisit previous discussions, decisions, changes,
etc. and engage with stakeholders.
