• APA Manual – With the transition to RedShelf, and unavailability of
the APA manual in a digital format, the University conducted an
analysis of the usage of the manual among master's and doctoral
students. Based on this analysis, and the Deans' recommendation, it
was decided that master's students will receive the information
about APA-related formatting through alternative materials (e.g.,
Purdue Owl) and will be supported by the Academic Success Center
(ASC) in the acquisition of the required APA-related skills. Doctoral
students will receive the APA printed manual in the D/MFT7106
course for MFS doctoral programs, and in the PSY7103 course in
the Psychology doctoral program.
• Several doctoral courses have been revised from 12 week courses to
8 week courses. Among these courses are:
o MFT7101
o DMFT7101
o CMP9500MFT
(three questions now instead of four).
o PSY7101
o PSY7102
o PSY7105
o PSY7011
o PSY7012
o PSY7013
o PSY7014
o CMP9500P
(three questions now instead of four).
